Happy Christmas 2023

Those of you who are signed up for the newsletter have been enjoying and sharing our newsletter and recipes with friends, and have received the 10 new wineries with excitement. I am hoping the new drop-down menus and collections are contributing to your navigation. It certainly feels like it as I support your wines from sales to doorsteps all over NZ.

In 2024 I hope to bring you the same brilliant wines, with the same personal service.

2020 Christmas Message

Lets be together while we can.  This year I have learned not to keep things for best, not to save the good champagne for later.  If you're at my house, if I missed you during lockdown. If you'd share a pie with me on the side of the road.  I'm opening the best for you.  Share with the ones you love. Lets not put it off.

Why recipes from Laura? 

  • Many of you know Laura from talking through your orders over the phone. Or you already get her great emails.

    Laura came to The Wine List from her background as a food writer. Before having her 3 girls Laura published 2 cookbooks, spent 3 years writing a weekly column with the Sunday Star Times. Appeared as a regular on Good Morning TV and wrote recipes and styled food photos for numerous magazines and food companies. She trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine in London as a chef.  Worked as a chef here and in AU, had a catering company and ran the Nestle New Zealand Test Kitchen.
